What You’ll Do

Greet guests with a genuine smile and a calm, confident presence
Manage the reservation system using OpenTable and ensure smooth flow of service
Coordinate seating based on guest preferences, pacing, and server sections
Be aware of special occasions, VIPs, and custom guest requests
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually welcoming host stand and entry
Collaborate with servers, bar, and management to create seamless guest experiences
Set the tone for the shift—cool under pressure, warm with every guest

✅ What You Bring

Prior host/hostess or guest service experience (OpenTable a plus!)
Naturally friendly, calm under pressure, and passionate about people
An eye for detail and an instinct for hospitality
Weekend, holiday, and evening availability
A love for making guests feel seen, valued, and at home
