🧁 What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the preparation and plating of desserts with care, consistency, and creativity

  • Maintain par levels, prep mise en place, and communicate needs with clarity

  • Follow recipes and techniques with precision while being open to learning new ones

  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every step

  • Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service

  • Collaborate closely with the pastry chef, line cooks, and service team

  • Show up ready to work, ready to grow, and ready to sweeten the guest experience

✅ What You Bring

  • Experience in pastry or baking is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right fit

  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a love for desserts and hospitality

  • Calm and focused under pressure, with solid communication skills

  • A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
